Our parents started the bakery in 1967 to supply the Greek restaurant in Montreal. It was a labor of love to raise their four children. We all gave a helping hand. As we got older, we took responsibilities to fit our skills and personalities. Maggie and myself to decorate special occasion cakes, mom and dad baking pastries and bread, while George and John insured a timely delivery across the city. Today, it is an honor to see our children working with us to grow the business and pursue the family legacy.
Our family embraces the value of dedication to what we love. Everything we own is built to honor our heritage. We live by a simple philosophy. Make the best of everyday, enjoy the moment and keep an open heart. Our biggest joy is to make people happy. If our customers go home with that feeling, then it is all worth it.
